Horizon Health Network in Recent Brunswick is seeking a Public Health Nurse to deliver a range of nursing services and community counsel within a multidisciplinary team. You will promote health, protect citizens and prevent disease across programs such as Healthy Families, Immunization, Health Promotion, and School Health.

The role requires building partnerships with community partners, schools and government agencies, traveling within the region, and occasional evening/weekend hours.
