The Manager plays a critical role in ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care through effective risk management and patient engagement. Collaboration with clinical leaders, staff, and community partners is essential for promoting safety and quality. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee quality, patient safety, and risk management initiatives
- Facilitate infection prevention and accreditation activities
- Lead performance monitoring and education efforts
- Promote a culture of continuous quality improvement
- Manage patient and family feedback engagement Requirements:
- Registered healthcare professional with degree
- 5 years' experience in healthcare quality or risk management
- Solid project management and analytical skills
- Excellent communication ability across diverse audiences
