UHN is seeking a full-time Radiation Therapy Supervisor to enhance its Radiation Medicine Program.

In this role, you will supervise Radiation Therapists, support staff development, and contribute to quality assurance efforts. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining clinical excellence and fostering effective communication within the multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of Radiation Therapy department
- Mentor and coach team members for staff development




- Ensure treatment policies are current and well communicated
- Drive and implement quality assurance practices
- Collaborate with physicians to optimize patient care Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Radiation Therapy; Master’s preferred
- Current CMRITO registration and CPR certification
- Minimum 5 years as a Radiation Therapist
- At least 2 years in a formal leadership role
