CN is seeking a Rail Grinding Officer to lead grinding operations across CN's network. The role oversees internal teams and contractors operating grinding equipment, water trucks, and safety measures while coordinating with Rail Traffic Control to ensure safe, productive grinding trains.

Expect extensive travel across CN's network in Canada with on-site work, 100% field presence, and on-call requirements. A strong emphasis on safety, regulatory compliance, and teamwork drives daily activities.
