Scarborough Transit Connect seeks a Commercial Specialist to lead variation management for the SSE-SRS package in Scarborough. You will coordinate with Project Managers, Contractors and Consultants to assess commercial impacts and ensure timely, compliant changes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Construction, 3–5 years in large infrastructure, and 1–2 years in contract management. A proactive, cooperative approach is essential in this rail project environment.
