Become a vital part of the aviation team as a Ramp Agent, providing courteous service and operational safety for passengers and crew. This position requires a solid commitment to safety and customer service throughout the ramp operations. Under the direction of the Ramp Supervisor, this role emphasizes professionalism while greeting passengers and crew.

Successful candidates will manage aircraft preparations for flight, guide arrivals and departures, and ensure adherence to safety regulations. You will also conduct loading and unloading tasks as well as assist in transporting individuals efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

- Greet passengers and crew courteously and professionally
- Respect safety rules during all ramp activities
- Prepare aircraft for safe flight operations
- Tow and guide aircraft during movement
- Load and unload baggage and transport users

Requirements:

- Must possess a Canadian work permit
- Valid driver’s license and Airside “D” License
- Bilingual in French and English
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience in aviation preferred
