Ltd. is growing and has a new opportunity for a Senior Financial Accountant in Surrey, BC at our Head Office.

Expected Compensation: The expected hiring range for this role is $76,000 to $95,000 based on a 35-hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity. Westland also offers a competitive annual short-term incentive program that enables employees to share in the rewards of the business and emphasizes the measures that are key to our success.

who can multitask and manage shifting priorities A natural problem solver with a keen eye for data and details Proficient in MS Office with advanced skills in Excel A degree in Commerce or Business, with focus on Finance or Accounting A minimum of four years’ experience as a financial Accountant/senior financial Accountant role with at least seven years of professional experience CPA designation and experience in Mergers and Acquisitions Experience in auditing Be a contributing member of our inclusive culture, alongside a vibrant national team of people with a wide variety of backgrounds Flawlessly execute our financial and accounting practices and processes, including reports, annual budgets, presentations, and forecast updates Navigate the finance integration process of newly acquired entities with Westland policies and processes Share your expertise in a variety of projects to improve our financial and accounting practices Every day, Westland proves that building a great business means taking care of communities, clients, and each other with equal commitment.
