Cadillac Fairview in Toronto is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to analyze monthly financial information, assist in quarterly statements and consolidation, and support IFRS compliance and debt covenants.

You will liaise with accounting teams, prepare consolidation entries, assist with fair value reports, coordinate with external auditors, and contribute to process improvements. CPA/CA with 3-5 years real estate accounting experience and solid Excel and IFRS knowledge are required.
