Role Description The Real Estate Marketing Intern will support the marketing and leasing activities for YFK Office Lease’s commercial properties in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. This is a full time, on-site role involving the creation and updating of marketing materials, assisting with property listings, and helping coordinate online and offline promotional campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and organizing property data, assisting with market research, preparing brochures and presentations, and supporting tenant communication and follow-ups.





The intern will also help maintain digital channels, collaborate with leasing and property management teams, and contribute to the tracking and reporting of marketing and outreach efforts.

Qualifications

- Knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property, with an interest in commercial office and retail markets.
- Exposure to or coursework in Real Estate Development, including understanding of property lifecycles and basic market analysis.
- Ability to provide professional Customer Service and support basic Sales activities related to leasing and tenant relations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to prepare clear marketing materials and presentations.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software); familiarity with digital marketing or social media is an asset.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, on-site setting.
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed studies in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
