Maple Health & Wellness Woodbridge Clinic is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be familiar with a Traditional Chinese Medicine clinic setting and possess strong administrative skills in relation with Traditional Chinese Medicine and RMT massage.
## Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage patient files efficiently and accurately in an well-organized manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Schedule patient appointments efficiently
- Verify patient insurance information
- Assist with billing and coding tasks as needed
## Skills
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in using office equipment and phone systems
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
- Familiarity with JaneApp, Microsoft Office and e-claims
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Team work and cooperative skills such as communication, active listening and conflict resolution are essential
## Available Work Days
- Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
