Receptionist / Laser Technician Trainee

We are hiring a friendly and motivated Receptionist for our beauty and laser clinic in Downtown Edmonton.

University or college students are encouraged to apply. No laser experience required — training and certification will be provided.

Responsibilities

- Welcome clients and provide excellent customer service
- Answer calls, texts, and client inquiries
- Book, confirm, and reschedule appointments
- Process payments and manage front-desk duties
- Keep the reception area clean and organized
- Assist with basic administrative tasks
- After completing training and certification, perform laser hair removal appointments following clinic protocols

We provide Laser Technician training and certification. Once successfully trained, you will have the opportunity to progress into a Laser Technician role within our clinic,



with an increased pay rate plus tips from clients.

Requirements

- Currently enrolled university or college students preferred
- Friendly, professional, and confident with clients
- Robust communication and customer-service skills
- Reliable, organized, and willing to learn
- Basic computer skills
- Interest in the beauty and aesthetics industry
- Reception, salon, spa, or customer-service experience is an asset but not required
