Part time daytime position for receptionist at vibrant sports medicine clinic.
Job duties include: answering phones, booking appointments, greeting patients, taking payments, dealing with insurance companies, general office duties.
Must be a team player, flexible, valuable people person. Ideal candidate will be familiar with the setting and dealing with multiple people at once as well as phones (multitasking).
This role is to provide coverage for a short term medical leave. The position may turn into a permanent position with varied hours but is initially a short term position.
