Fit Factory Fitness is looking for an energetic, outgoing and reliable Customer Service Representative / Sales Associate to join our Midtown Toronto team.

This is a part-time, weekend position and is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong customer service skills and is comfortable with sales.

This is more than just a front-desk role.

You’ll be one of the first people our members and prospective members interact with. We're looking for someone who can create a outstanding experience, build relationships, confidently speak about our programs and help turn inquiries and trials into long-term Fit Factory members.

What You'll Be Doing

- Greet members and create a welcoming, high-energy studio experience.
- Check members into classes and assist with questions about schedules, memberships and programs.
- Follow up with leads, trials and prospective members by phone, text and email.
- Help convert inquiries and trials into memberships and training programs.
- Learn Fit Factory's membership, group fitness and coaching options so you can confidently recommend the right program.
- Assist with membership registrations, account updates, billing questions and general administrative tasks.
- Build relationships with existing members and help improve member retention.
- Support studio events, challenges, promotions and community initiatives.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization and presentation of the front desk and studio.
- Work closely with the Studio Lead, coaches and sales team to help the Midtown location hit its membership and service goals.

- Naturally strong at customer service and relationship building.
- Comfortable with sales,



lead follow-up and asking for the sale.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
- Comfortable communicating by phone, text, email and in person.
- Coachable and willing to learn our systems, programs and sales process.
- Passionate about health, fitness and helping people.
- Able to maintain a professional and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Available and committed to working weekends consistently.

Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, reception or sales experience is strongly preferred. Fitness industry experience is an asset, but attitude, communication skills and reliability matter most.

Schedule

This is a part-time, weekend-only position.

Candidates must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays, approximately:

8:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Weekend availability and reliability are essential for this role.
