Reporting to the Recreation Manager, the Recreation Aide plays a vital role in creating and facilitating programs that enrich the lives of residents.
This full time position requires collaboration with management, effective communication with families and staff, and participation in team meetings. Assist in planning resident programs and activities
- Maintain records on resident participation and assessments
- Communicate effectively with residents and families
- Facilitate resident outings and assess activity levels
- College diploma in Recreation or related field
- Experience working with seniors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
