At the Ontario Native Women's Association (ONWA), the Recruiter plays a crucial role in sourcing and securing top talent aligned with our vision. This position emphasizes collaboration with managers, cutting-edge recruitment strategies, and compliance with legislative requirements. You'll maintain recruitment systems, support onboarding, and strengthen partnerships to enhance ONWA's workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for diverse roles • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for effective hiring • Maintain recruitment systems and ensure compliance • Foster community partnerships to build talent pipelines
Requirements: • Post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources or related field • 1-3 years of recruitment or HR experience • Proficiency in HRIS and ATS technologies • Strong interviewing and selection skills • Ability to analyze and report on recruitment data
