Bilingual Source THE OPPORTUNITY

Bilingual Source is hiring an Inside Sales / Recruitment Consultant, remote across Canada.

You need proven sales or agency recruitment experience. You do not need both. You need a track record of closing, prospecting, or carrying a number, and the character to match how we work.

This is a straight commission role. No base. No tiers. No cap. The same 40% rate applies to everyone from their first placement.

If you want a base-plus-OTE package, this is not the role.

If you want uncapped earnings tied directly to your performance, it is.

YOUR EARNING POTENTIAL

40% of annual production:

$250,000 in production: $100,000

$500,000 in production: $200,000

$750,000 in production: $300,000

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will help French- and English-speaking professionals find better opportunities while helping Canadian companies build stronger teams.

→ Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and our database

→ Make outbound calls and build relationships

→ Interview candidates in French and English

→ Match qualified candidates to active searches

→ Prepare candidates for interviews and guide them through offers

→ Manage multiple pipelines toward defined placement goals

This is a candidate-focused role. Business development is handled separately.

You may come from recruitment, sales, account management, banking, real estate, insurance, or any role where you owned a number and hit it. Your industry matters less than your ability to connect, earn trust, handle rejection, and close.
