Reefer Technician Wanted – Mississauga, ON | Up to $36/hr

We're looking for a skilled Reefer Technician to join our team in Mississauga! If you have a strong mechanical/HVAC background and know your way around transport refrigeration units, we want to hear from you.

Schedule: Friday–Sunday, 6:30 AM–7:00 PM (12-hour shifts) + $2.50/hr shift premium, hours topped up to 40/week

Compensation: Up to $36/hour based on experience

What You'll Do:

- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair truck/trailer refrigeration units
- Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled servicing
- Use diagnostic scanners and electronic test equipment to resolve system faults
- Remove, replace, and test for refrigerant leaks
- Perform soldering/welding as needed




- Document work orders and communicate findings clearly

What You Bring:

- Mechanical and/or HVAC experience
- 2–3 years in transport refrigeration (preferred)
- Own tools and tool storage
- Experience with Thermo King, Carrier, or similar brands (asset)
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals
- Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail
