Join a dynamic team as a Regional Accountant focused on providing financial reporting and analytical support for a regional real estate portfolio. This role emphasizes budgeting and accounting for both development and rental operations. Our client seeks a Regional Accountant reporting to the Manager of Regional Accounting.

In this role, you'll engage in financial reporting, variance analysis, and general ledger reconciliations. You will also support project budgets and assist with annual budgeting while managing multiple deadlines. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and analyses
- Support budgets and proformas for development and rental properties
- Record and review general ledger activities and journal entries




- Prepare various financial reports including job costs and capital expenditures
- Assist with audits and review financial reports from third-party managers Requirements:
- 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience
- Degree in business, finance, or accounting
- Robust knowledge of IFRS and advanced Excel skills
- Real estate accounting experience preferred
- CPA designation or JDE experience is a plus Amplify your accounting skills and contribute to a growing real estate portfolio.
