- Manage relationships with up to 14 chapters
- Address operational challenges and member issues
- Promote growth and retention strategies
- Organize strategy summits and events
- Capture data insights for programming support

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years in program management or engagement
- Solid relationship-building skills
- Experience in nonprofit or global organization
- Willingness to travel up to 35%
