The Role We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager (Senior Property Manager) to take ownership of regional operations based out of our Montreal hub. In this leadership role, you will oversee a dynamic, multi-site portfolio of residential units. You will act as the key operational leader for your assigned properties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, leading a dedicated on-site team, and driving financial and operational success.

Because of our rapidly expanding national footprint, a candidate's willingness to travel or relocate to support our various operating regions is considered a solid asset.

Key Responsibilities

- Portfolio Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations and financial performance of a multi-site residential portfolio.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and evaluate regional staff, including administrative assistants, concierges, and maintenance personnel.
- Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate, develop,



and implement improvements to property management processes and administrative workflows.
- Leasing & Inventory: Manage regional rental inventory, oversee marketing/listing strategies, and ensure occupancy targets are met.
- Tenant Relations: Handle high-level tenant escalations and oversee the efficient management of service tickets and communications via the Building Stack application.
- Financial Operations: Oversee rent collection processes, manage regional budgets, and ensure monthly administrative tasks (renewals, move-ins/move-outs, lease assignments) are executed flawlessly.
- Vendor & Logistics Management: Coordinate large-scale logistics for capital projects, negotiate with subcontractors, and ensure timely service calls for property maintenance.
- Strategic Growth: Act as a key player in the executive team, participating generally in the continued growth, acquisition strategy, and development of the company.

Profile Sought

- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in property management, with proven experience managing large portfolios or multi-site operations.
- Flexibility & Mobility:



A robust willingness to travel to different regions or relocate as the company continues to acquire new properties and expand its footprint is a major plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of residential tenancy laws and real estate operations. Relevant training or certification in real estate/property management is highly desirable.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage, train, and motivate a team.
- Skills: Exceptional communication and customer service skills, coupled with a strong sense of professionalism and ethics.
- Execution: High level of autonomy, initiative, and rigorous attention to detail. Excellent time and priority management skills.
- Resilience: Ability to thrive and make sound decisions in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Language: Bilingualism (French and English, written and verbal) is highly preferred given our Montreal base and expanding national/international footprint.
