Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a Regional Operations Manager for Specialty Nursing Services in Ontario. The role leads the regional specialty pharma network, including infusion clinics and home pharma, ensuring high patient care standards and fiscal responsibility.

You will manage SPNMs and collaborate with the Senior Operations Manager to drive operations across clinics. Responsibilities include coordinating recent clinics, optimizing processes, performing audits, and leading performance reviews.
