Job Overview
Your are ready to lead the creation of a new hearing clinic. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Audiologist to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive audiological assessments, diagnose hearing and balance disorders, and develop personalized treatment plans to improve patients’ quality of life.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough audiological evaluations using advanced diagnostic equipment to assess hearing and balance functions.
- Interpret test results accurately and communicate findings clearly to patients, explaining their condition and available treatment options.
- Develop customized treatment plans, including hearing aid fittings, cochlear implants, or other assistive devices, tailored to each patient’s needs.
- Educate patients and their families on hearing health, device usage, maintenance, and strategies for effective communication.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate care and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in audiology technology and medical terminology to provide the highest quality care.
Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Audiology from an accredited program; licensure or certification as a Registered Audiologist is required.
- Prior experience conducting audiological assessments and fitting hearing devices is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for recent graduates.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology related to ear health, hearing loss, and balance disorders.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and empathetically.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative healthcare team in a fast-paced environment.
