Relocation Incentives
Up to $5,000 Relocation Bonus

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental hygiene services, including scaling, polishing, fluoride treatments,
and oral hygiene instruction.
- Perform thorough periodontal assessments, including periodontal charting and monitoring of periodontal health.
- Take dental radiographs as permitted within the scope of practice.
- Identify and document oral health conditions and communicate findings to the dentist.
- Provide individualized preventive care recommendations and educate patients on proper oral hygiene and home care.
- Assess patients’ periodontal needs and develop appropriate hygiene treatment plans.
- Deliver periodontal therapy and maintenance care for patients with periodontal disease.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date clinical records.
- Work closely with dentists, dental assistants, and front-office staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Identify opportunities for additional preventive and periodontal treatment and communicate recommendations appropriately to patients and the dental team.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with patients and provide a comfortable, positive experience.
- Follow all infection prevention, sterilization, health and safety, and office protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked hygiene operatory.
- Ensure all instruments and equipment are properly disinfected, sterilized, and maintained according to office standards.
- Educate patients on periodontal health, caries prevention, nutrition, and other relevant oral health topics.
- Stay current with dental hygiene techniques, products, technology, and continuing education.
- Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing improvement of clinical and office protocols.
- Maintain professional standards, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable dental hygiene regulations.
