Our company is growing, and we are looking for compassionate, reliable and skilled Registered Massage Therapists to join our team.

We are currently hiring for our established clinic on 17th Avenue SE and, primarily, for our new Calgary South location opening in fall 2026. As Hayahay continues to expand, successful candidates may also have opportunities to work at future clinic locations.

Responsibilities




- Provide safe, professional and client-centred massage therapy treatments
- Assess clients’ needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Explain treatment recommendations, expected outcomes and home-care guidance
- Obtain informed consent before treatment
- Maintain appropriate professional boundaries
- Complete accurate and timely clinical treatment notes
- Protect client confidentiality and personal health information
- Maintain clean, organized and treatment-ready rooms
- Follow all sanitation, infection-prevention and workplace-safety procedures
- Manage appointment times professionally
- Communicate schedule changes promptly
- Collaborate respectfully with reception staff, management and other practitioners
- Follow the standards of practice and code of ethics of your professional association
- Help create a comfortable, inclusive and welcoming experience for every client
- Work at the location agreed upon at hiring and, when mutually agreed, support other locations

Qualifications
- Completion of a recognized massage therapy diploma program, or an accepted equivalent
- Current membership in good standing with a recognized Canadian massage therapy association
- Eligibility to issue insurance receipts and participate in direct billing with major benefit providers
- Current professional liability and malpractice insurance
- Ability to obtain or maintain any required license.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, assessment, contraindications and treatment planning
- Excellent communication and client-service skills
- Reliable, punctual and committed to ethical client care
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
