You will provide care for chronically ventilated patients in collaboration with the Registered Respiratory Therapist and manage acute cases. This position requires a blend of nursing skills, patient assessment abilities, and the utilization of computerized systems for accurate documentation. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver compassionate nursing care for respiratory health patients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated care




- Utilize electronic systems for documentation of patient interactions
- Participate in hospital committees and project teams
- Mentor nursing students and new staff

Requirements:

- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- 2 years of acute medical/surgical nursing experience preferred
- Previous respiratory nursing experience preferred
- BCLS certification or agreement to obtain within 3 months
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
