In keeping with the mission statement of the hospital and the patient service unit, the nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care for individual patients/families.

Certification of Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (Essential) Minimum 1 year pediatric surgery experience (Preferred) Demonstrated culturally sensitive approach to nursing care (Essential) Demonstrated solid family centered care skills (Essential) Bilingual (English/ French) (Preferred) Please note you will be represented by the Ontario Nurses Association, (ONA). This process may include more varied and multidimensional testing such as a written test, practical exam, or other assessment.
