This pivotal role involves analyzing legal issues, offering advice on Commission rulings, and representing the AUC in court. The successful candidate will engage directly with cross-disciplinary teams and serve as a resource for regulatory matters impacting electricity and gas markets. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide legal support on AUC-related issues
- Analyze legal matters and prepare memos/opinions
- Advise on correspondence and Commission findings
- Represent AUC at the Alberta Court of Appeal
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cases Requirements:
- LL.B. and four years of relevant experience
- Member of Law Society of Alberta
- Litigation experience is a strong asset
- Excellent research and writing skills
