In this full-time role, you’ll support customers through phone and digital channels by providing a variety of services and tailored banking guidance. Deliver exceptional service by assisting with account transactions and requests (transfers, payments, term deposits, account updates, and more) Provide knowledgeable advice to help clients choose the right financial products and services Offer technical support for Internet Banking services Handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls to support client needs and collaborate with other departments High school diploma with 1–3 years of related experience, or a combination of education and experience A proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals Excellent customer service, professionalism, and problem-solving abilities Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel Bilingualism is considered an asset Full-time, rotating shifts within the hours of: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Competitive hourly rate of $24.00/hr. ~ Variable compensation and matched pension plan ~ 100% employer-paid advantages- health, dental and vision.
