IDEXX is seeking a Customer Support Consultant to handle veterinary diagnostics inquiries, averaging 50–70 calls daily and delivering a solution every ~5 minutes. This remote role requires robust phone support, bilingual English/French, and solid tech skills.

You’ll handle lab results, coordinate samples, and maintain high-quality service while working from a virtual office. The position includes health benefits and a performance-based bonus.
