Role Description The Research Analyst role at Tech Grow is a part time, remote position focused on supporting data-driven decision making. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and industry research, gathering and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, and preparing clear reports and summaries for internal stakeholders.

The Research

Analyst will help identify trends, opportunities, and risks that inform product development, marketing strategies, and client solutions. This role also involves creating visual presentations of findings, maintaining research databases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine research questions and methodologies. The position requires strong attention to detail, consistent documentation, and proactive communication in a distributed work environment.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Statistics to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.
- Candidates should possess solid Market Research and Research skills to design studies, gather information, and evaluate industry trends.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present findings clearly in written reports and presentations.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, BI tools) and basic knowledge of IT or technology sectors is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines is important.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as Business, Economics, Data Science, or related disciplines is preferred.
