The Reservation

Agent is responsible for managing booking inquiries, providing guest services, and coordinating reservations with precision and care. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy delivering outstanding customer service, this opportunity is perfect for you!

Duties

- Handle incoming calls using multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring each guest feels valued and attended to.
- Assist guests in making, modifying, or canceling reservations accurately while providing detailed information about available options.
- Maintain clear communication with front desk staff and other departments to ensure reservation details are correctly recorded and executed.
- Provide exceptional guest services by answering questions about flight tickets, Tour packages, cruises, amenities, local attractions, and hotel policies with enthusiasm and clarity.
- Manage guest requests promptly, including special accommodations or preferences, to enhance their overall experience.
- Keep meticulous records of all reservations, cancellations,



and modifications in the booking system while adhering to privacy standards.
- Support multilingual or bilingual guests by offering assistance in their preferred language whenever possible.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in customer service or front desk roles within the hospitality industry; Travel agency, hotel experience is highly preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette skills combined with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages (multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus).
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining a friendly and qualified demeanor.
- Knowledge of guest services principles and hospitality standards to ensure guest satisfaction at every interaction.
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with reservation management software or similar booking systems is advantageous.
- A positive attitude with a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
