Provide exceptional service as a Residence Desk Porter at the University of Guelph in Guelph, Ontario. Working under the supervision of the Desk Services Area Manager, this position offers night and shift work that supports residence students 24/7.
Responsibilities include information dissemination, a contact point for student needs, managing key sign-outs, and ensuring building security. Disseminate information related to Student Housing Services
- Handle materials movement and furniture setups
- Monitor building security and exterior alarms
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Solid customer service and computer skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends Excel in delivering front-line service and support within a vibrant university community at the University of Guelph.
