Mount Hope Centre for Long Term Care in London, ON is hiring a Resident and Family Services Assistant (RFSA) for a temporary full time position through May 1, 2028. The RFSA collaborates with the Therapeutic Programs team to support care plans, welcome residents, and assist with admissions and transitions.

The role provides psychosocial support, guides families through community and healthcare resources, and ensures compliance with ethics and standards.
