Pacifica Housing in Nanaimo is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform essential building maintenance across our housing properties. You will handle work orders, respond to urgent issues, and assist with unit turnovers to keep housing secure and well-maintained for tenants and staff.

The role requires strong trade skills in carpentry, plumbing, painting, drywall, minor electrical, plus a valid driver’s license and a Vulnerable Sector check.
