As Product Owner for Sadie, you will be responsible for turning our product vision and roadmap into clearly defined, deliverable product outcomes. You will work closely with management, customers, engineering, design, and commercial teams to understand what needs to be built, define how it should work, and ensure it is delivered successfully. A major part of your role will be translating product ideas and customer problems into clear requirements, workflows, tickets, acceptance criteria, and expected behaviours that engineering can execute against.

You will own the detail behind the roadmap and ensure what we ship fulfils the original product and customer intent. Test Sadie across real-world scenarios to ensure features and behaviours work as intended. Review real customer calls, feedback, and product usage to identify gaps, edge cases, and opportunities for improvement. Ensure features are not simply shipped, but actually fulfil the original product vision and solve the intended customer problem. 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar product-focused role. ~ Experience working closely with software engineering teams to deliver customer-facing products. ~ Experience writing clear product tickets, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements. ~ Solid attention to detail and the ability to identify gaps or ambiguity before development begins.



~ Ability to understand technical concepts sufficiently to communicate effectively with engineering teams. ~ Strong sense of ownership and accountability for the quality of the final product, not just the completion of tickets.

The Product

Owner sits between vision and execution. Your responsibility is to make sure the roadmap does not remain a collection of ideas. You will gain hands-on experience building and scaling a rapidly evolving technology product used in real customer interactions every day.

You will work closely with leadership, engineering, customers, and commercial teams and develop a deep understanding of how product strategy is translated into requirements, delivered through engineering, validated with customers, and continuously improved. Travailler avec les clients et les équipes internes pour comprendre les problèmes et traduire la rétroaction en exigences produit concrètes. Coordonner les projets pilotes et les mises en production, y compris la définition de la portée, des comportements attendus, des critères de succès et des boucles de rétroaction. Au moins 2 ans d’expérience à titre de Product Owner, analyste d’affaires ou dans un rôle similaire axé sur le produit.

Expérience de travail en étroite collaboration avec des équipes de génie logiciel pour livrer des produits destinés aux clients. Grande capacité à transformer une idée produit de haut niveau en exigences détaillées et concrètes. Grand souci du détail et capacité à repérer les lacunes ou les ambiguïtés avant le début du développement.

Capacité à comprendre suffisamment les concepts techniques pour communiquer efficacement avec les équipes d’ingénierie. Fort sens de la prise en charge et de l’imputabilité quant à la qualité du produit final, et non seulement quant à la fermeture des tickets. Sadie évolue rapidement, et notre capacité à concrétiser notre vision produit dépend de notre aptitude à transformer les idées et les besoins des clients en travail clair et bien défini pour nos équipes d’ingénierie.
