Summary of the Position:

Responsible for providing all Members and Guests an exceptional world-class experience in the dining areas of the Clubhouse. You must be motivated, knowledgeable and friendly, while always representing The National in a professional manner.

Food & Beverage Bartender Functions:

- Provide qualified, timely and friendly service to Members and Guests, according to The National’s standards as stated in the Food and Beverage Manual, to guarantee an exceptional experience
- Prepare bar areas for service through out the day, including but not limited to restocking beverages, mise en place, supplies and polishing of glassware, to make sure the bar area in presentable at all times
- Demonstrate accurate knowledge of the full beverage menu and specialty beverages
- Prepare beverages,



cocktails/martinis and other specialty items
- Perform opening and closing bar duties as assigned by the F&B; Management Team
- Perform other duties as necessary to help the team achieve success

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

- Legal age to serve alcohol in Ontario
- 2+ years of similar experience
- Smart Serve Certification
- Communication Skills
- Outgoing, Enthusiastic
- Customer Service Skills
- Team Player
