Dollarama in Canada is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily retail operations, drive customer satisfaction, and help achieve sales targets. This role may serve as Manager on Duty in the Store Manager’s absence, ensuring smooth store performance.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of retail experience with supervisory responsibilities, solid leadership and communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
