Dollarama is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily retail operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service. You will act as Manager on Duty in the manager's absence and lead a small team to meet targets.

With a minimum of two years in retail and supervisory roles, you will coach employees, manage cash, merchandise, scheduling, and store safety, while upholding company standards and delivering a positive shopping experience.
