Dollarama in Canada is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and hitting sales goals. You will act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager.

You will lead staff, help with merchandising, training, and delivering outstanding service. This role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment.
