Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their shopping experience
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits
- Assist customers with selecting products that meet their needs, upselling when appropriate to maximize sales opportunities
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card processing, and receipts issuance
- Maintain organized merchandise displays through effective merchandising and stock replenishment
- Manage cashiering duties including cash handling, balancing registers, and processing returns or exchanges
- Communicate product information clearly in multiple languages if applicable, ensuring all customers feel understood and supported




- Demonstrate strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail
- Uphold phone etiquette standards when responding to inquiries or assisting remote customers via phone or online channels
- Support organizational goals by maintaining cleanliness, stock levels, and adherence to store policies

Experience

- Previous retail sales experience is preferred, especially in technology or electronics sales environments
- Proven ability to conduct product demos and explain technical features in an accessible manner
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, cashiering, and basic math skills are essential for daily operations
- Strong communication skills coupled with excellent organizational abilities will help you succeed in this role
- Demonstrated customer service excellence with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette
- Familiarity with merchandising principles and upselling techniques will enhance your impact on sales performance
