This full time role is ideal for someone with a love for the outdoors and exceptional communication skills. You'll provide support to the Store Manager and develop team members for success while ensuring top-notch service and store standards are maintained. Key Responsibilities:

- Support coaching and development of the retail team
- Lead by example on the sales floor daily
- Assist in store operations including merchandising and inventory
- Guide staff on customer service excellence
- Maintain a vibrant and inviting store environment Requirements:
- Previous retail or leadership experience preferred
- Enthusiastic, adaptable, and proactive in service
- Knowledge of Merino wool or Mons products is a plus
- Ability to assist Store Manager in daily operations
