Roots is hiring a Team Lead to bridge the leadership team and sales associates, driving store operations and motivating the team to exceed goals. You will report to the Store Manager and support coverage for Store and Assistant Managers in their absence.

Successful candidates will have retail apparel experience, robust leadership, POS and banking procedure know-how, and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
