Dollarama is seeking an Assistant Team Leader to support management in daily retail store operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain a well-organized store workplace.

You will assist with overseeing staff, manage store openings/closings, handle shifts, and participate in hiring and performance processes, with opportunities to grow within the company. Flexibility to work day/evening/weekend is required.
