Qualifications

- Proficiency in G Suite and Microsoft Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with the Actuarial Accelerator Community is an asset
- Exposure to the actuarial field (e.g., work experience, internship, or exam progress) is an asset

Reporting to the Retention and Member Progress (RMP) Manager, your responsibilities may include:

- Implementing retention and member support strategies
- Writing and sending email communications to members
- Monitoring and responding to member career-related questions
- Brainstorming new event ideas and lesson topics




- Supporting virtual events for members

This is a fully remote position and does not require you to be located near Brea or other team members. Hours are highly flexible; what matters most is completing tasks on time. Given the nature of the role, it is perfect for passionate actuarial students or professionals looking to support our community of future actuaries.

This position is looking for someone who is

- A rapid learner who is receptive to feedback
- Able to adapt quickly to new processes and tools
- Strong communication skills in English, especially by email and text
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to anticipate the needs of their manager and team
- Available to commit for a minimum of 3 months with the Etched Actuarial team
