The Revenue Manager reports directly to the Director of Revenue Management. This role is responsible for analyzing data and market trends to optimize hotel revenue, occupancy, and average daily rate (ADR). This role supports the revenue management team in developing and implementing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze historical and current data to identify trends and opportunities for revenue growth.

- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as revenue per available room (RevPAR), ADR, and occupancy.

- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to stay informed about market trends and competitor pricing.

- Assist in developing and implementing pricing strategies and inventory management plans.

- Monitor and analyze distribution channels, including online travel agencies (OTAs) and global distribution systems (GDS).

- Lead revenue calls with hotel teams and executive team with the support of Director of Revenue

- Collaborate with sales, marketing,



and front office teams to ensure alignment and maximize revenue opportunities.

- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support revenue management decisions.

- Assist in managing room rate structures, including transient, group, and contract rates.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.

- 1 to 3 years of experience in revenue management or a related field.

- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in revenue management systems and tools, such as RMS, PMS, and data analytics software ("e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI").
