Applicants without previous RN home-care/community nursing experience in Edmonton will not be considered for this position. The RN is responsible for the quality; The RN is responsible for ensuring that care is delivered appropriately and the standards of quality are adhered to.

The RN is responsible for working with other medical disciplines (i.e., PT, OT, SLP) to ensure coordinated services and that all of the client’s needs are identified through the assessment process and addressed through the implementation of the Plan of Care and re-evaluation and supervisory process. Priority consideration will be given to RNs who are currently registered with CRNA, reside in the Edmonton area, and have previous Edmonton home-care/community nursing experience. Provides direct patient care Follows principles of infection control and Universal Precautions Negative TB test or chest x-ray Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision Excellent customer service skills #
