• Safety role, preferably within a multi-site,industrial, transportation, manufacturing, or waste management environment. ~ Completion of post-secondaryeducation from a recognized Occupational Health &

• Safety program or anequivalent combination of education, training, and experience. ~ Experience with ISO 45001Occupational Health &





• Safety Management Systems, including implementation,documentation, auditing, and continuous improvement activities. ~ Demonstrated experiencedeveloping, implementing, and improving Health &

• Safety programs,processes, policies, and procedures. ~ Experience conducting audits,inspections, hazard assessments, compliance reviews, and risk assessments. ~ Strong knowledge of occupationalhealth and safety legislation, regulations, and industry best practices. ~ CRSP designation or progresstoward certification is considered an asset. ~ Experience supporting JointHealth and Safety Committees, safety training, and employee engagementinitiatives. ~ Proven ability to design anddeliver effective safety training programs with strong presentation skills. ~ Strong analytical,problem-solving, and project management skills. ~ Excellent command of the Englishlanguage (both verbal and written). ~ Robust proficiency in MicrosoftOffice Suite (particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). ~ Experience in the wasteindustry, transportation, fleet, or manufacturing sectors is considered astrong asset. ~ Ability and willingness to travel between BC sites as required.
