Insurance is seeking a full-time Sales Agent to enhance our local client relationships. This position allows you to showcase your sales skills by managing a diverse portfolio. You will provide tailored solutions for home, auto, and commercial insurance while working in the Brantford/Norfolk or Niagara regions, all while enjoying flexibility in your schedule. Key Responsibilities:

- Prospect and qualify recent client leads
- Proactively manage policy renewals and retention
- Offer personalized support during the claims process
- Track activities using CRM, preferably EPIC
- Attend community events to represent Cayuga Mutual Requirements:
- Experience in P&C; insurance or customer service
- Valid Ontario General Insurance Agent (OTL) or RIBO license
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Reliable vehicle for local travel
