About the Role

Laykhaus is looking for enthusiastic and engaging individuals to join our team as Seasonal Part-Time Sales Ambassdors. You'll be representing our brand at various events and markets throughout the Vancouver region, including our fulltime markets at Shipyards Christmas Market stall in North Vancouver, and Langley Christmas Village. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with some sales experience who are passionate about our brand, love interacting with people, and thrive in customer-facing environments.

As a Sales Ambassador, you'll be the face of Laykhaus, directly engaging with potential customers, showcasing our candles and small gifts, and creating positive and lasting impressions. This seasonal part-time position offers significant opportunity for growth, with the potential for full time employment in 2026 for motivated and successful team members.

Responsibilities:

● Represent the Laykhaus brand with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a deep understanding of our products, partners and mission.





● Set up and tear down Laykhaus displays at events and markets, ensuring an attractive and organized presentation of our products.

● Engage with event and market attendees and provide detailed information about Laykhaus products.

● Effectively process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using provided point-of-sale systems.

● Assist with inventory management at events and markets.

● Actively contribute to creating a positive and engaging brand experience for every customer interaction.

● Provide feedback from customer interactions to management.

● Adhere to all event/market regulations and Laykhaus policies. Qualifications and skills:

● Previous sales experience is preferred, particularly in a retail or event setting, ideally with wellness background.

● A genuine interest in the Laykhaus brand and its products and values.

● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with our community.

● Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Comfortable working in fast-paced and dynamic environments, often outdoors or in busy public spaces.

● Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry boxes of products and display materials. ● Availability to work flexible hours,



including weekends and evenings, depending on event and market schedules.

● Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

● Access to reliable transportation within the Vancouver region is considered an asset.
