Duties

- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and explain features to encourage informed purchasing decisions
- Handle transactions efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Upsell complementary products and promote ongoing promotions to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked and visually appealing
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple customers efficiently while maintaining high service standards

Qualifications

- Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred, especially with product demos or technical explanations
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening abilities
- Demonstrated organizational skills for managing merchandising and stock levels
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and POS transactions accurately
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Positive time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
- Familiarity with retail tools such as POS systems, cash registers, and merchandising displays is a plus
